Not a pet, but like me, yeah. But, like, equals. Here. [America has scooped water in his hands for House. He didn't exactly bring a cup, so this is the best he can do without picking House up, which he's pretty sure would result in House reacting like a wet cat.]

The pull on his shoulders is terrible, but the drink is more important. He berates himself for being so weak, but the cool water is a relative balm over his injured tongue.]
