[Before, when he'd transformed...it had been horrifying. He'd lost himself more than once. But it had been so clearly unnatural, so physically impossible compared to this. This torture should have sent him into shock, yes, but he can understand how he's still alive now and he's certain that it's real. Even if the others overcome their brainwashing, this is the state of his body now.
He takes a few slow breathes, lets them out shakily,

When they take you, you won't be able to fight. The elevator is a machine operated by numbered buttons on its interior. Press other buttons after they choose a floor and it'll have to stop somewhere else.
